Butcher & the Chef Event

This little pig went to Torre Butchers and was snapped-up quick smart by our Head Chef Phil for our very first ‘nose to tail’, ‘gate to plate’ event from next Thursday 17 to Sunday 20 March, 12pm to 9.30pm daily at Northbridge Brewing Co.

Trot in to enjoy super fresh, locally sourced pork transformed into a range of delicious dishes utilizing every part of this versatile animal in a collaboration with Torre to celebrate the very best of WA produce. Each dish will feature a different cut and be paired with a craft beer as chosen by our Master Brewer Ken Arrowsmith.

1. Pork Skin Crackers $5
Bone dust.

Pig ‘4 ways’. Rhubarb, ginger, fennel, Asian jus.

3. Smoked Pig Cheek $24
Apple, green tomato, maple bacon.
Recommended with Rogue Voodoo Doughnuts ‘Bacon Maple Vodka’.

4. Belly Up $24
Pineapple, jalapeno, radish, crackling. 
Recommended with Brotherhood ‘Crushed Pineapple & Cider’.

5. Pig Out $24
BBQ St Louis ribs. Charred lime, Asian slaw.
Recommended with Northbridge Brewing Company’s ‘Beerland Pale Ale’.

6. Bratwurst & Beer $20
Hop honey mash, smoked garlic, Beer jus.
Recommended with Mash Brewing Company’s ‘Bon Scotch – Scotch Ale’.
